For the use of commercial documents related to international trade such as contracts, invoices, way-bills and others a special procedure is required - legalization of documents by Chamber of Commerce and Industry and by the consulate of the country of destination.

Legalization of documents by CCI is required only for the documents related to international trade. At the same time, the documents issued by the state authorities (e.g. extract from the corporate register) are subject to other forms of legalization: consular legalization or apostille.
