Questions about your China Visa

All papers must be submitted in person or by proxy or collected.

The visa application by mail will be accepted.

No appointment is necessary. (about 5 - 10 min wait time can be expected).

The required documents can be accepted no earlier than 50 days prior to the planned trip.

The processing time is at least 10 days.

Incorrect or incomplete information could pull the refusal of visa. All consequences resulting shall be borne by the applicant. Here, however, you can fill out the visa application on site with us and thus any ambiguities in advance can eliminate.

For the trip to the Tibet Autonomous Region of the PRC group visa must be applied, and a permit from the Tibetan Tourist Office (Tel: 00868916834313, Fax: 00868916834632) is necessary.

(1) Passport

(3) Proof of residence (applies to all applicants who apply for a visa in a country whose nationals they are not)

An official letter of invitation from a competent institution or person from China. The invitation letter must contain the following information:

  1. personal data of the applicant (full name, sex, date of birth, passport number)
  2. information on the planned trip (trip purpose, time, destination (s) of the applicant related to the inviting person / institution, information on any financial support during stay in China)
  3. information about the inviting person / institution (full name, address, telephone number, stamp and signature of the inviting person / institution or a legal representative)

M

  1. documentation with respect to commercial activities and a letter of invitation of a trading partner from China or invitations to fairs , The invitation letter must contain the following information:
    1. the applicant (full name, sex, date of birth, passport number) personal

a)

b) Information on plannedd trip (purpose of travel, entry and departure date, destination (s) relationship of the applicant to the inviting person / institution to provide information on any financial support during the stay in China)

c) information on the inviter / institution (full name, address, telephone number, stamp and signature of the inviting person / institution or a legal representative)

(2) applicant who shares the Submit or investment certificates, industrial property rights or similar documents, an M-visa for multiple entry with a validity of 6 months may apply when copies of the above mentioned visa or the corresponding documents to be submitted.

Q1

for family visits must be submitted the following documents:

(1) a letter of invitation of a Chinese citizen or a foreign citizen with a permanent residence permit for China. The invitation letter must contain the following information:

a) personal data of the applicant (full name, sex, date of birth, passport number)

b) Information regarding the visit (occasion intended date of entry, intended destination (s), intended length of stay, the applicant's relationship with the inviting person/institution, information on any financial support during the stay in China)

c) information on the inviter (full name, address, telephone number and signature of the inviting person)

(2) copy of Chinese identity card (both sides) or passport and permanent residence of the inviting person

(3) original and copy of the respective civil status documents, from which the family relationship between inviting and invited person seen (marriage certificates, birth certificates, certified pedigrees or other certified personal documents)

"Family members" refers to spouses, parents, sons, daughters, sons or daughters, brothers, sister, grandparents, parents and in-laws.

For a nursing ratio (Children) Regulations of Chinese citizens are to be submitted the following documents:

(1) original and photocopy of passports of the biological parents or legal guardian and certified personal documents, from which the family relationship between parents or guardians and children is evident

(1) a letter of invitation of a Chinese citizen or a foreign citizen with a permanent residence permit for China. The invitation letter must contain the following information:

a) the applicant (full name, sex, date of birth, passport number)personal data

b)information (in terms of the visit (occasion, entry and departure date, destination e) relationship between inviting and invited person information of any financial support during the stay in China)

c) information on the inviter (full name, address, telephone number, signature of the inviting person)

(2) copy of Chinese identity card (both sides) or passport and permanent residence of the inviting person

S1

Applicants want to visit more than 180 days to your living in China relatives, the following documents must be submitted:

(1) is a copy of the passport and the residence of the inviting person

(2) must include an invitation letter of the inviting person, the following information:

a) personal data the applicant (completeness, diger name, sex, date of birth, passport number)

"Family members" refers to spouses, parents, sons or daughters under 18 years old and in-laws.

Accompanying family members of applicants of a Z or X1 visa must submit the following documents:

(1) copies of the documents required for a Z or X1 visa

(2) original and copy of the respective certified civil status documents, from which the family relationship between applicants a Z- or X1 visa and accompanying family members can be seen (marriage certificates, birth certificates, genealogical documents or other personal documents)

"Family members" refers to spouses, parents, sons or daughters under 18 years old and in-laws.

Please note that:

S2

For family visits with a maximum stay of 180 days, submit the following documents:

(1) a copy of the Re isepasses and the residence of the inviting person

(2) a letter of invitation that the following information must include:

a) the applicant (full name, sex, date of birth, passport number) personal data

b)information (regarding the visit reason, entry and departure date, destination (e) relationship between warm and person invited to provide information on any financial support during the stay in China)

c) information on the inviter (full name, address, telephone number, signature of the inviting person)

"Family members" refers to spouses, parents, sons, daughters, sons or daughters, brothers, sisters, grandparents, grandchildren and in-laws.

For personal matters relevant documents must be presented that document the purpose of travel.

One of the following documents:

(1) a certificate issued by the Chinese Government Agency for Human Resources and Social Security Alien Employment License of the PRC;

(2) a certificate issued by State Administration of Foreign Experts affaris work permit;

(3) registration certificate of resident representative offices of foreign enterprises issued by Administration Bureau for Industry and Commerce;

(4) a certificate issued by Administrative Department of Culture approval for commercial performances (only for applicants traveling for commercial performances to mainland China);

(5) a letter of invitation of the China National Offshore Oil Corporation for foreign citizens who work promoting companies for petroleum.

A valid ticket (plane, ship, train) for a connecting journey to a third country or region

C

a confirmation letter of a foreign transport company or a letter of invitation of a Chinese competent authority

X1

(1) Original and copy of the admission notice (Admission Notice) provided by issued school or other institution

(2) Original and copy of "Visa Application for Study in China" (form JW201 or form JW202) issued by the competent Chinese authorities

Please note:

Must hold an X1-visa at apply for the immigration department of the local public security Bureau in the intended location within 30 days after entering China for a residence permit.

X2

Original and copy of the admission notice (Admission Notice), which was issued by a school or other institution.

R

Holders of a D-visa must be made within 30 days after entering China at the Immigration Department of the local Public Security Bureau in apply for a residence permit to the intended location.

Special documents

(1) The letter of invitation can be sent as a fax, copy or printout. Employees of the consulate may require the applicant to submit the letter of invitation as an original. The invitation of Chinese citizens is a two-sided copy of the identity card (ID) accompanied (applies to anyone with an F, M, L, Q1 or Q2 visa apply).

(2) Employees of the consulate may request the applicant to submit additional documents or to appear for an interview at the consulate.
