All documents shall be submitted and received personally or by an authorized representative.

Visa processing by post is allowed.

Prior registration is not required (note that the waiting time can be about 5 – 10 minutes).

Visa is valid during 90 days starting from the day of its issuance. In this regard You should submit the documents no earlier than 90 days before the end of Your trip planned.

The term of visa validity starts from the day of its issuance, not from the day of the beginning of Your journey. Even though the visa is valid for 3 months, that doesn't mean that You can stay in Mongolia for 3 months.

The processing time is no less than 5 business days according to the work schedule of the consular institution.

Incorrect and incomplete information may lead to a refusal to issue a visa. The applicant shall be solely liable for the consequences. You can fill in an application for a visa on site with our help and thereby eliminate all ambiguities in advance.

In Mongolia no work or work in any profession is allowed without permit.

The consuls are entitled to determine the visa category, validity term and duration of stay, as well as the number of entries in accordance with Mongolian law, to refuse to issue a visa or to amend or cancel an already issued visa without specifying reasons.
