Certificates of the registry office of the Russian Federation

an apostille is carried out in the Joint Registry Office archives respective regions on a territorial basis.
We can assist in apostilleing various documents issued by registry offices, such as birth certificates,
death certificates, marriage and divorce certificates, name change certificates, adoption certificates,
certificates of paternity, notices of the absence of a record of an act civil status (form No. 35),
marriage certificate (form No. 27), etc.
The terms for requesting documents and affixing an apostille to documents issued by the registry
office are 5 working days, the cost of the service is 205 Euro, including state duty.
It is important to note that if the document was issued by the consulate of the Russian Federation
in the host country, then it is impossible to affix an apostille to such a document. In this case,
it is necessary to obtain a second certificate in the Archive of the Civil Registry Office of the
Russian Federation, and an apostille stamp can be affixed to the document already received again.
Documents that can be apostilled in the registry office archives include:

Birth certificates are official documents confirming the fact of a person's birth and containing
information about his parents, place and date of birth.

Death certificates are official documents confirming the fact of a person's death and containing
information about the place and date of death.

Marriage certificates are official documents confirming the fact of marriage between two people
and containing information about their personal data, place and date of marriage.

Divorce certificates are official documents confirming the fact of the dissolution of a marriage
between two people and containing information about the place and date of the dissolution of the marriage.

Name change certificates are official documents confirming the fact of a change in a person's
name and containing information about his previous and new name.

Adoption certificates (repeated) are official documents confirming the adoption of a child
and containing information about the adoptive parent(s) and the adopted child(s).

Certificates of Paternity Establishment (Repeated) are official documents confirming the
establishment of paternity and containing information about the father, mother and child.

Notices of the absence of a civil status record (Form No. 35) are documents issued when there is
no official record of a person's birth, marriage, death or other civil status. Notices of the absence
of a civil status record confirm the absence of such a record and can be used as evidence of the
fact of civil status.

Certificates of marriage (form No. 27) are official documents containing information about the fact of marriage.

Certificate of absence of the fact of state registration of an act of civil status (marriage) (form No. 15)
"Certificate on the absence of the fact of state registration of a civil status act" was approved by Order of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation dated October 01, 2018 No. 200 "On approval of forms of certificates and other documents confirming the presence or absence of facts of state registration of acts of civil status, and the Rules for filling out forms of certificates and other documents confirming the presence or absence of facts of state registration of acts of civil status.
This certificate is issued to confirm the absence of the fact of state registration of a civil status act.
A certificate of the absence of the fact of state registration of a civil status act can also be filled out at the request of a person who is not married or married to confirm the absence of the fact of state registration of a marriage.
