- Original passport (validity shall not be less than six months after the departure date, and the passport should contain at least one blank page).
- Two color passport photos (recent) on a light background, 3x4, with a clear image of the full face, bareheaded, without tinted glasses.
- Two visa application forms signed and completed correctly.
- Confirmation of your accommodation (hotel booking or "letter of accommodation", see section 5).
- Confirmation of your return flight (for example, a copy of your ticket).
- Foreign nationals residing in Austria must enclose with their application a copy of a certificate of registration with the Central Register of Registration (valid) or a residence permit (remaining validity at least 180 days).
- Signed form on the right to repudiate.
