Documents required for your business visa for Vietnam:

• Original passport (validity shall not be less than six months after the departure date, and the passport should contain at least one blank page).
• Color passport photo (taken recently within the last 6 months), 3.5 x 4.5 - not scanned.
• Completed and signed visa application form. All items on the visa application form must be completed. The form must be completed and signed by the applicant in person.
• Copy of passport.
• Reference number (if any).
• An invitation letter from a business partner in Vietnam (including passport details of the applicant, name of the inviting company, purpose of travel, dates of travel, visa multiplicity).

Please note: Foreign nationals residing in Austria must enclose with their application a copy of a certificate of registration with the Central Register of Registration (valid) or a residence permit (remaining validity at least 180 days).

For a business visa it is important to note the following: If you travel to Vietnam for business reasons or as an expert or technical professional, you need a business visa. Also for attending seminars, conferences, meetings, etc.
Like in many other countries, you will need an invitation from a business partner to apply for a business visa.
